The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue, a balcony and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a freezer.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large balcony, terrace roofed, garden. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, box-room. Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the floors. If the number of occupants does not reach the maximum, the independent bedroom on the ground floor will be unavailable. Above Porticcio 3 km from the centre of Porticcio, 16 km from the centre of Ajaccio, 118 km from the centre of Porto-Vecchio, in an elevated position on a slope, residential area (villas), 1.6 km from the sea. For shared use: terraced garden with plants, natural garden. Private: swimming pool (5 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 15.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace. Steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, sandy beach "Plage d'Agosta" 1.6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Residence with electric gates.

There is a lake/open water less than 1,6 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Ferienhaus mit Pool (PTO100) in Grosseto-Prugna you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
