Private: property (fenced), swimming pool heated (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, patio, pergola, terrace, garden furniture. 100 m long steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Electric vehicle charging station. There is a lake/open water less than 300 meter. You can also relax, because near Villa Ottavi (TAR140) in Conca you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
