This duplex apartment is composed as follows: a kitchen open to the living-dining room (convertible sofa), a laundry area and separate toilet, all opening onto the 15m2 sea view terrace. Upstairs you will find a sleeping area with 2 beautiful bedrooms, one of which has a 15m2 sea view terrace, a bathroom with toilet.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned (living room and bedroom) and has an internet connection.
The advantage of this apartment: a location a stone's throw from the city center while being quiet, a parking space allocated at the foot of the residence, an internet connection, a breathtaking sea view of the Omigna Tower, possibility of joining Pero beach in 20 minutes on foot.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
