The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (internationale zenders). Very beautiful, cosy single-family house "Balbi". In the hamlet Cannelle 6 km from the centre of Canari, 32 km from the centre of St. Florent, 46 km from the centre of Bastia, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, at the seaside, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool secured, fenced (6 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 25 m steep footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house at 25 m. Grocery 6 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach "Plage Albo" 6 km, rocky beach 100 m (small). Walking paths from the house 100 m. Please note: car recommended.

There is a lake/open water less than several meters. You can also relax, because near Maison Balbi (CPC150) in Canari you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
