The residence shows recent accommodation, of varying capacity and surface area, most of which benefit from a breathtaking view of the sea! They all have a kitchen equipped with all the features, a balcony or terrace with garden furniture, reversible air conditioning, a flat screen television or even free wifi access! The establishment, with contemporary and elegant lines, offers you comfortable and perfectly equipped accommodation, to make your stay unforgettable, whether you are traveling for leisure or for professional reasons!

Since 2017, the residence has participated in the RISPETTU program (“Respect” in Corsica), supported by the U.M.I.H. (the Union of Hotel Industry Trades of Corsica) for a sustainable hotel industry & responsible aiming to limit its environmental impact and protect everyone’s health! The residence, one of the pioneering establishments engaged in this voluntary approach, now clearly measures and displays its environmental impact! Covered parking - 6€ per day or 4€ per day for stays of at least 7 nights (adjoining the residence; serving each floor)
Breakfast - continental buffet in the dining room served from 7 to 10 a.m.: 14 € per person & per day and 7 € for children under 11 years old
Heated swimming pool - outdoor with free and open access, equipped with paddling pool for children (unsupervised, heated from April to October - depending on weather conditions, open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. - times subject to variation).
Sauna - sauna (by reservation at reception) - subject to availability and sanitary conditions
Tourist tax (additional charge) - to be paid on site according to the current rate

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
