This charming holiday residence offers elegant accommodations for up to 4 guests. The apartment features a bedroom with a 160x190 cm double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. A private balcony or terrace with garden furniture offers stunning views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires Islands. Pets are welcome for a small fee, and a €300 deposit is required.

Located 7 km from Ajaccio’s city center, the residence is ideal for combining relaxation with exploration. The white sand beach is just 100 meters away, perfect for beach days. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
