Located on the banks of the Loire, 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris and 30 minutes from Orléans in the heart of the Loire Valley, a UNESCO heritage site, spacious and very comfortable gîte for a peaceful stay. Old farmhouse completely renovated with fireplace, exposed beams and half-timbering, facing the Loire and Passeurs de Loire (typical boat trips), with St Benoit-sur-Loire, Germigny and its Carolingian Oratory, Sully-sur-Loire; at the gates of Sologne and the Loire castles. Heated swimming pool open from sunny days from June to September, tennis, tiled courtyard, barbecue. Comfort assured with heated and cooling floors on both levels. The cottage benefits from free high-speed WIFI. On the GROUND FLOOR: Bright living room with bay window opening onto private terrace and shared enclosed garden, large living-dining room with 3.5m oak table, very well equipped open kitchen, accessible bathroom (Italian shower, sink, WC), 1 bedroom with electrically operated beds (2 80X200 beds).
FLOOR: 1 bedroom opening onto a mezzanine, through (2 90x200 beds), 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed), Bathroom (shower, sink, WC, washing machine, dryer).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
