The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced), a barbecue and a tennis court. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

"Gîte Le Landhuismes (HUI100)", 3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 large room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace roofed, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: property 400 m2 (fenced) with lawn and flowers, beautiful garden to relax, parking on the premises. Electric vehicle charging station. Shop 1 km, supermarket 8 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Tennis 500 m, fishing possibilities 2 km. Nearby attractions: Forêt de Chinon 500 m, Azay-le-Rideau 19 km, Montsoreau -Candé Saint Martin 20 km, Abbaye Royale de Fontevraud 22 km, Villandry 37 km, Saumur 32 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
