Between Berry and Poitou, in the Brenne Regional Natural Park and at the end of a small country road, independent holiday home in a beautiful estate with a shared swimming pool (5 x 10 meters) with the owners and another open gîte from mid-May to the end of September (unheated).

The extras: bed linen, bathroom linen, cleaning and heating included in the price On the ground floor: large living room with wood stove (dining room and living room) - equipped kitchen with dining area - bedroom (bed 160 cm) with shower and sink - separate toilet.

Upstairs: landing with storage and 2 large bedrooms (4 single beds or 2 180 cm beds) with sloping ceilings with private shower room/wc and bathroom/wc.

Private open garden of 2,000 m², private terrace and private parking on the property.
Electric heating included in the price.

If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
