From Châteauroux > direction Aigurande (D990) > after Le Poinçonnet in the forest at the 2nd roundabout > take the direction of Arthon > in the village of Arthon > turn left towards Buxières d'Aillac (D42) > at leave the village for 800m> take the white path on the right. the cottage is at the end of the lane next to the castle.
Cozy cottage in Berry, close to Châteauroux and 20 minutes from the House of George Sand, the medieval Castle of Sarzay, Argenton-sur-Creuse (The Green Venice of Berry) and Gargilesse-Dampierre and St Benoit du Sault ( one of the most beautiful villages in France).

The extras: badminton, pétanque and swing on site. Right next to an 18th century castle with a view of the green countryside, independent house with on the ground floor: entrance - vestibule - bathroom - wc - equipped kitchen - dining room - large living room - 1 bedroom (1 bed of 160 cm by 200 cm) with its bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (7 single beds) and 1 bedroom (1 160 cm x 200 cm bed and baby bed) - bathroom - WC

Sheets, heating, end-of-stay cleaning included in the price.

Concerning bed linen, cleaning is carried out by a laundry company which ensures good quality hygiene. You will find it at the foot of each bed because we do not ensure their installation.

Possibility to rent bathroom linen for €7/person.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
