The Gîte "La Maison de Marius" is located just 30 minutes from Orléans, 30 minutes from the Château de Chamerolles, 30 minutes from the Forêt d'Orléans, 35 minutes from Pithiviers, 1h30 from Paris... Right in the city center d'Artenay, close to shops and served by the SNCF line, the RN20 and also the A10 and A19. Enclosed garden of 700 m2
This cottage will make an ideal place for a stay with family, friends or colleagues. On the ground floor, living and dining room, open kitchen, two bedrooms: one bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and one bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower and bath and a laundry room.
On the 1st floor, two bedrooms: one bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed and one bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed and a bathroom with toilet.

Wifi installation in progress, will be available from 10/13/2022.

All-inclusive rates: heating included, sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Towels included and end-of-stay cleaning package included.
Arrival from 5 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed and bathroom linen for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning
(excluding dishes and trash cans), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption and
reasonable - if the heating of the cottage is electric, you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess
will be paid on site to the hosts)

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
