Accommodation 1 for 13 people: On the ground floor: a large entrance with a rest area (bed in BZ for 1 person), a beautiful living room with sofa and a large table for meals, a fitted kitchen, a rear kitchen, spa room, 2 separate toilets, bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed and an open bathroom / private toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom / (4 beds of 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds), a private toilet. Outside: 2 beautiful terraces, plancha, deck chairs, a large shared plot of land and parking within the property.

Accommodation 2 for 6 people: On the ground floor a living room with a convertible sofa that can accommodate two people, a bathroom, private toilets. On the 1st floor two bedrooms each with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and in one of them a baby bed with a changing table.

Accommodation 3 for 10 people: On the ground floor living room serving as a lounge (with a convertible sofa) dining room and kitchen equipped with a fireplace, a private toilet, a lounge giving access to a bedroom and the 'floor with a convertible Bz sofa, a bedroom with a shower and sinks. On the 1st floor: two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and one with a double bed (140 x 190), a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and a baby bed, separate toilet

Outside, a private terrace and a heated swimming pool open from April to October protected by a dome and its fully equipped patio for spending convivial moments. On the property access to a rugby field, a football field, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
