In Berry, close to the castles of the Loire including that of Valençay, 10 minutes from the lakes (swimming) of Villentrois and Luçay-le-Mâle and 15 minutes from the Beauval Zoo, house with large terrace, part of which is covered and small garden.
Shared swimming pool (16 x 8 meters with large terrace) with 2 other gîtes, heated and open from June 1 to September 15, available from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.) House with private arrival path giving access to a garage. Access to the house via a staircase opening onto the large terrace.
Large bright living room with stove - fitted kitchen - bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people - bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Electric heating (billing on consumption) and wood (€80 per stere).

Ping-pong table available. Tennis court (rackets and balls not provided) and pond (300 meters) shared with other gîtes.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
