Ground floor apartment located in the Château Tour within the 4.5 hectare Balsan Park and close to the town center of Châteauroux en Berry.
Chateau Tour is ideally located for those looking for a stay balanced between outdoor relaxation and city exploration. Very close to the Balsan'éo aquatic center and the sports and leisure shooting center. On the ground floor (one step to access the common areas) completely renovated apartment.
A large entrance with storage and an office, living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge, a bedroom (a 160x200 cm double bed) with a 19th century ceiling decorated with gold leaf with its bathroom private water and a separate toilet.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
