Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

There is a lake/open water less than 1 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Ferienhaus (TGM102) in Telgruc-sur-Mer you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
