The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a tennis court and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Private: natural garden 850 m2 (fenced). In the house: storage room for bicycles. Storeroom available. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 800 m, supermarket 900 m, restaurant, bakery 600 m, bicycle rental 900 m, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach "Plage de Kerfago" 350 m. Sports harbour 400 m, sailing school 2 km, tennis 500 m. Nearby attractions: Golfe du Morbihan 5 km, Port-Crouesty-Arzon 9 km, Vannes 32 km, Carnac (Megalithes) 60 km. Hiking paths: GR34. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 350 meter. You can also relax, because near Charme de Kerfago in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
