The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced), a patio and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Terrace 12 m2, south facing position and west facing position, large garden, lawn, large porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine. Garage on the property. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

There is a lake/open water less than 1,7 kilometer. You can also relax, because near La maison de Léa in Saint-Coulomb you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
