Golf course (18 hole) 5.5 km, surf school 5 km, sailing school 5 km. Nearby attractions: St Malo, Dinan, Mont st Michel. Groups of teenagers on request only. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Dinard, 9 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

There is a lake/open water less than 5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Villa Es Mariniaux in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
