General

The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave.

Lounge with TV (flat screen), radio. Kitchen (dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 190 cm), bathroom and hand-basin. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 sofabed (80 cm, length 170 cm), shower. Shower, 2 sep. WC's. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the floors. The rental consists of 2 houses each with a kitchen. There is a connecting door between the 2 parts on the ground floor. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Large house "la maison du bonheur". Property composed of main house and outbuilding, on the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Primelin, 1.5 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 350 m, sandy beach "Plage de St. Tugen" 2 km. Sports harbour 6 km, sailing school 6 km. Nearby attractions: Audierne 5 km, La pointe du Raz, la pointe du Van 9 km, Pont Croix 12 km, Douarnenez 27 km, Quimper 49 km, Ile de Sein. Hiking paths: GR 34, Baie de Audierne, Cap Sizun, Presqu'île de Crozon.

There is a lake/open water less than 1,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near la maison du bonheur in Primelin you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
