It offers a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen area (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher). The living room faces south and has a 160 cm sofa bed. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, sink and shower with pocket door. The PAID washing machine and the garden are shared. The building is equipped with WIFI. All amenities are within walking distance.

*Cleaning: we require that the trash cans, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be placed in the city in the containers provided for this purpose. If there is a linen option, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
