The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, a terrace, a tennis court and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor).

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Spacious and bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: open large living/dining room 50 m2 with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Large, open kitchen 12 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with dining table. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room 20 m2 with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms 12 m2, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 30 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
