General

The holiday home for 14 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a table tennis table, a tennis court, a garden, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Upper floor: 1 large room 17 m2 with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). 1 large room 16 m2 with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 large room 14 m2 with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 large room 16 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. 2nd upper floor: 1 large children's room 25 m2, with sloping ceilings with 4 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Large terrace 55 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer, baby changing unit. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars). Private: well-kept garden 1'900 m2 (not fenced). Table tennis, basketball, boules, terrace (55 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars). Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop "La poste de Plouer sur rance" 1 km, railway station "de la Hisse" 3.5 km, sandy beach "cale de Plouer sur rance" 1.3 km. There is a lake/open water less than 1,3 kilometer. You can also relax, because near L'évasion Nordique in Plouër-sur-Rance you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
