Living on one level on the first floor: living room with sea view, equipped kitchen with balcony, bathroom with bathtub.
Bedroom 1: spacious with 2 single beds, equipped with a television and storage space.
Bedroom 2: bunk beds (2 x 90), sink area and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (130) with sea view, terrace and beach access.
In the basement: large garage + cellar, access to the large enclosed garden with swing.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
