The equipped kitchen and the living room open onto a terrace which promises idleness and relaxation against a blue horizon with the sound of the waves. Its sleeping area on the ground floor offers you a master suite, a bedroom with a bunk bed (2 90 cm beds). A sofa bed (sleeps 2) in the living room will be appreciated to increase the number of beds.

The parking lot and the garden will be shared with a second accommodation for 8/10 people which you can also rent. No nuisance between the 2 accommodations.

A deposit of €1,500 will be required upon entry to the premises.
The cleaning fee of €90 will be expected.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
