The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a table tennis table, a terrace, a tennis court and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Large terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, 20 m2, depth 130 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 26.Apr. - 01.Oct.). Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Storeroom available. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 750 m, sandy beach "de la Mine d'Or" 1.7 km. Tennis 850 m. There is a lake/open water less than 1,7 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa au Parc Ny in Pénestin you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
