The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a balcony and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Large, open kitchen 15 m2 (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
