The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

"Chez Eric", 4-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, very beautiful and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room 45 m2 with Scandinavian wood stove and TV (flat screen). Open kitchen 10 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), separate WC and hip bath. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
