The Résidence Les Dunes de Toulhars benefits from architecture that blends wonderfully with the coastline and a quiet location. Its location on the beach makes this studio pleasant. Located on the 2nd and last floor of the residence with elevator, this T1 bis with separate sleeping area enjoys a magnificent sea view that can be admired from its large and wide south-facing terrace. Its living room opens onto the kitchenette area. The living room offers 1 sofa bed 160 and the sleeping area (2x80=160), the bathroom has a cupboard and a WC. The accommodation has a garage and the residence has a bicycle room.

*Cleaning: we require that the trash cans, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be placed in the city in the containers provided for this purpose. If there is a linen option, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
