The Residence CÔTÉ PLAGE benefits from a prime location at the entrance to the town. This cottage, located in the immediate vicinity of Port Maria beach, will only seduce you. A favorite beach for regulars, bordered by the very attractive Port Maria promenade, a real little local crossroads. It is a friendly and pleasant meeting place with its numerous waterfront bars and restaurants. You will also find not far from the rental: the Port of Kernével located opposite the citadel of Port Louis, the Ocean Park of Kerguelen which is a remarkable site sheltering 82 ha of fauna and flora and its nautical center which allows children and adults to indulge in water sports. This apartment is located on the ground floor of a residence and has its own independent entrance. On one level, it is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, living room and lounge (140x190 sofa bed for 1 person). It also has a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with WC. The rental benefits from a private terrace of 24.50 m² and a parking space in the basement. The apartment is located on the edge of a busy street.

*Cleaning: we require that the trash cans, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be placed in the city in the containers provided for this purpose. If there is a linen option, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
