The La Pérouse residence benefits from a central location in the village and this large studio is on the 1st floor. It offers entrance with cupboards, living room equipped with a sofa bed with sleeping area behind a glass roof opening onto a south-facing terrace. The kitchen area is slightly independent. The bathroom is equipped with a window and the WC is independent. the accommodation benefits from WIFI.
*Cleaning: we require that the trash cans, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be placed in the city in the containers provided for this purpose. If there is a linen option, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
**Optional hotel services, bed set 90 = €14, bed set 140 or 160 = €18, bath towel = €5, bed made on arrival €5 per bed, kit of 2 tea towels €4, travel cot baby €10, WIFI when accommodation is not equipped €39/week.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
