General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden (fenced) and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), bathroom. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Large terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: garden 300 m2 (fenced), parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 1.2 km, grocery 1.2 km, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 800 m, bicycle rental 850 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Kerbihan" 2.5 km, thermal baths "Thalazur Carnac" 7 km. Sports harbour 850 m, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school 10 km, sailing school 1.5 km. There is a lake/open water less than 800 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Les Guérins in La Trinité-sur-Mer you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
