General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a garden (fenced) and a tennis court. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

"Turlurette (ESM100)", 6-room house 175 m2 on 3 levels. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room, window onto the living room with dining table, TV, flat screen and DVD. Living room with kitchen corner and bar. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. (steep stair) with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. No heating option. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Large, beautiful, cosy house "Turlurette". Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the centre 150 m from the centre of Etables-sur-Mer, 13 km from the centre of St. Brieuc, 68 km from the centre of Lannion, in a quiet position, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. Private: garden 1'100 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, courtyard. Shop 200 m, grocery 150 m, supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant 200 m, café 100 m, bus stop 1 m, sandy beach 1.5 km. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, sailing school 4 km, tennis 850 m, walking paths from the house 1.5 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 1 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Ferienhaus (ESM100) in Étables-sur-Mer you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
