The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Small terrace 20 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Private: property 600 m2, well-kept garden (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 1 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 400 m, bakery 1 km, sandy beach "Plage des Grands Sables" 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 1.5 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. There is a lake/open water less than 50 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Ruilh Avel in Clohars-Carnoët you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
