The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 173 - 175 cm with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm). 1 small room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 173 - 175 cm with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Lounge with sloping ceilings. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 130 - 178 cm with 1 french bed (140 cm). Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. The room can only be accessed from outside, through an independant store room, with spare shower. Separate WC. The 2nd floor louneg has a panoramic view over the Pointe du Raz from a gallery. Small harbour "Le Vorlenn" 250 m away.

Cléden Cap Sizun 5 km from La Pointe du Raz: Near the "Baie des Trepasses" and the "Pointe du Raz" with lighthouses in the old town and in Le Tevenec, there is an old fishing village, renovated and extended, single-family house "Kerludu". Outside the resort, 250 m from the sea, 450 m from the beach. Private: garden 320 m2 with lawn, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 450 m, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "La Baie Des Trépassés" 450 m, rocky beach 250 m. Sports harbour 250 m, surf school 450 m. There is a lake/open water less than 250 meter. You can also relax, because near Kerludu in Cléden-Cap-Sizun you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
