Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Hip bath/WC. Electric heating. Garden 900 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. View of the garden and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Single-family house "Rayon de soleil", built in 1930, renovated in 2021. In the resort 200 m from the centre of Carnac Plage, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, from the sea, 250 m from the beach. Private: well-kept garden 900 m2, parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 700 m, restaurant, 2 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Grande Plage de Carnac" 200 m, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie Thalazur". Sports harbour 800 m, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school 6 km, sailing school 800 m. Nearby attractions: Les alignements de Carnac, La Trinité sur Mer 4 km, Presqu'ile de Quiberon 15 km, Vannes 35 km, Lorient 55 km, Belle île en mer, Houat, Hoedic. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
