On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Upper floor: 3 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (3). Beautiful view of the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
