The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and two televisions. In addition there are two swimming pools.

The Trescadec Lighthouse, less than 300 m from the beach and shops, will charm you with its outdoor swimming pool and its views of the open sea. 

Made up of 6 small 2-story buildings with marine-inspired decoration, the residence is close to numerous activities (nautical base, diving center, sailing club, equestrian center). 

There is no elevator to access the accommodation.

Maintenance kit (1 sponge, 1 cloth, 1 bottle of multi-use product, 1 bottle of hand dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 cloth: may vary depending on the residence).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
