Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 pull-out bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Small terrace, south-east facing position, large terrace, north-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
