Parking (limited number of spaces). Supermarket, restaurant, café 150 m, bus stop 5 m, railway station "SNCF" 800 m, sandy beach "Conleau (Golfe du Morbihan)" 4.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1.8 km. Sports harbour 800 m. Nearby attractions: Golfe du Morbihan 2.5 km, Auray-Port de Saint Goustan 22 km, Sarzeau-Arzon (Presqu'île de Rhuys) 30 km, Carnac 38 km, Presqu'île de Quiberon 45 km. There is a lake/open water less than 800 meter. You can also relax, because near Arvor Ambiance in Vannes you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
