Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 2 terraces, west facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
