The two beautiful beaches of the seaside resort can be reached in a few minutes. The Godelins beach is sheltered and surrounded by high cliffs, the sunny Le Moulin beach is ideal for swimming and all kinds of water sports. The popular coastal hiking trail GR 34 leads along the harbor and the beaches for many kilometers and always offers breathtaking viewpoints. The coast of the Goëlo is a very scenic stretch of coast. Steep coasts alternate with small bays, fishing ports and sandy beaches. The highest cliffs in France are very close by, at the ""Pointe de Plouha"". A day trip to the flower island of Bréhat (departure point north of Paimpol) is particularly recommended on board a fishing trawler with a fresh breeze of sea air.
