General

The holiday home for 15 persons has seven bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with seven single beds, three double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heater. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool, a terrace, a billiard, a porch and a barbecue and there are two sets of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with seven toilets, a bath with shower and a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there are two high chairs and two cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a stove.

This house, which has a lot of character, is located on the banks of the Loire in Burgundy, 6km from Bourbon-Lancy. It is located in the middle of a 3-hectare park, private and fenced.
The authentic layout is the work of the owner, an artist and collector.

Optional heating for the months of May to the end of August: 45 euros / night.

- Visit the amusement park and zoo Le Pal (20km). It is suitable for all ages!
- Visit the charming town of Moulin-sur-Allier

On Saturdays there is the market in Bourbon-Lancy. Of course, you can buy the best Burgundy wines in the surrounding area to accompany your convivial evening barbecue ... an unforgettable holiday!

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
