The Gîte "La petite Suite 81" is a house completely renovated by the owners, built at the beginning of the century. It combines the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern. Enter through the hallway and discover 2 comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor. The bathroom is functional with vanity unit, shower, and WC.
The stay will allow you to meet up for friendly moments with a direct view of the garden. Slightly raised by 6 steps, "la petite Suite 81" has a completely quiet enclosed area at the back of the house. On the kitchen side, a veranda with independent WC gives access to the outdoor space: let yourself be tempted by a meal in the open air or a shaded nap in season.
If you like towns with a rich historical heritage, you will be a 20-minute walk from the town center of Moulins. There will be something for everyone... Enjoy and stroll through the cobbled streets of the old town, and (re)discover the former capital of the Bourbons. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
