Raised ground floor: spacious and bright kitchen open to the living room with pellet stove and giving access to the terrace, a bedroom for 2 people, a separate toilet.
1st Floor: 3 bedrooms for 2 people, 1 of which has its own private bathroom (walk-in shower), 1 bathroom (shower and toilet).
You will only have to choose and specify the 3 rooms among the 4 offered.
Garden level: a summer kitchen with a lounge area, a garage, a car port, an outdoor shower, a cellar and laundry room complete the equipment of this beautiful house.

For your comfort, the house is fully equipped with reversible air conditioning and benefits from an alarm with photo taking for your safety. The lens can be obstructed easily during your stay. An exterior camera allows surveillance of the entrance gate.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
