This beautiful residence is located at 1800 meters altitude, near the heart of the resort and only 200 meters from the nearest ski slopes. With its 95 apartments spread over 6 floors with elevator, you have a beautiful view from the residence. The facade responds to the building style in the mountains: a waterfall of roofs with multiple slopes, an abundance of wood and visible beams. The residence is the perfect starting point to discover the region and to practice numerous sports and leisure activities such as skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, sledding, paragliding, speed riding, bowling, dancing, etc. The following facilities are at your disposal: internet in the residence's lounge for a fee and free parking nearby. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
