In the town of Vallon Pont d'Arc, 6 minutes by car from the center of Vallon, we offer you a pleasant single storey villa of 170m² with a capacity of 11 people.
You can enjoy a veranda at the front of the house, a terrace, a private and covered 7X4 swimming pool with deckchairs as well as a pétanque court.
Its interior has a comfortable living room, lounge open to a fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area is made up of five bedrooms: three bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two bunk beds and one bedroom with three single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, WC and a bathroom with WC.
Very well appointed and equipped villa, with careful decoration.
The accommodation also has a laundry room (washing machine), parking space and an enclosed garden.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
