In the district of Le Lavachet, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1.2 km from the lake, 150 m from the skiing area, south-west facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 100 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 200 m, park "Stationnement Tignes Lavachet" 180 m, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, chair lift, skisport facilities 150 m, slopes 200 m, ski rental 50 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school, ski-kindergarten 800 m. Nearby attractions: Ski Quick 40 m. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
