This 41 m² two-room apartment, located on the 7th floor with elevator access, can accommodate up to 5 people. It features a living room with two single trundle beds and one single bed, as well as a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a bathtub, separate WC, and a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker. The South/West-facing balcony offers a mountain view, and the apartment is equipped with a television and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided for stays of 4 nights or more, but are not included during the summer (July-August).
The residence is located 500 meters from the snow front and just two minutes from local shops. Situated at the entrance of Val-Claret, it offers easy access to amenities, with a communal car park only 50 meters away. The building is in a quiet neighborhood, and additional facilities include ski lockers, shoe lockers, a waxing room, and a bike room.
Optional services include cleaning, pet accommodation, and a bed linen/towel kit for €22 per person. Please note that the apartment is not accessible for people with reduced mobility, and tourist taxes apply. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
