This cozy 27 m² studio, located in a quiet area just 500 meters from the snow front and only 2 minutes from shops, offers a comfortable retreat in Val-Claret. Situated on the 6th floor with a south-west facing balcony, guests can enjoy beautiful mountain views. The studio can accommodate up to 4 people, with two single trundle beds in the living room and two foldaway bunk beds in the corridor. The kitchen is equipped with hotplates, an oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, providing everything needed for a convenient stay. The bathroom includes a bathtub and toilet.
The residence is located at the entrance of Val-Claret, with easy access to local shops and attractions. Ski enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Tignes ski area, which offers world-class slopes, and the studio is well-positioned for access to hiking trails during the summer. Guests can also explore the surrounding beauty of the Vanoise National Park, perfect for nature lovers.
Additional amenities include a television, ski and shoe lockers, and bed linen and towels are provided for stays of 4 nights or more (excluding the summer period, when an optional linen kit is available for 22 € per person).

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
