This bright 24m² studio on the first floor accommodates up to 4 people and features a south-facing balcony with stunning views of Lake Tignes. The residence is ideally located with a shuttle bus stop right at its doorstep, and amenities such as the Lagon sports complex, ski school meeting point, mini-market, bakery, and restaurants are all within walking distance.
During the winter season, guests can take advantage of preferential rates on Tignes and Val d'Isère ski lift passes. In the summer, the My Tignes card offers access to various resort activities.
The studio includes an entrance area with bunk beds, a kitchenette equipped with an electric hob, microwave, and dishwasher, and a cozy living room with a dining area and pull-out bed. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
